Article R15-33-4 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The board of examiners for the technical examination shall be constituted by the commission mentioned in Article R. 15-33-1. When an alternate member of the jury replaces a full member, he or she sits for the entire duration of the examination.

The jury draws up a list of candidates who have passed the technical examination.

Le jury de l’examen technique est constitué par la commission mentionnée à l’article R. 15-33-1. Lorsqu’un membre suppléant du jury remplace un membre titulaire, il siège pendant toute la durée de l’examen.

Le jury établit la liste des candidats ayant satisfait à l’examen technique.
