Article R15-9 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Upon receipt of the request, the secretary of the commission forwards a copy to the public prosecutor at the Cour de cassation and to the public prosecutor who took the decision to suspend or withdraw authorisation. The applicant’s judicial police officer file is sent to the commission’s secretariat together with a reasoned report from the public prosecutor who took the decision.

Dès réception de la requête, le secrétaire de la commission en transmet copie au procureur général près la Cour de cassation et au procureur général qui a pris la décision de suspension ou de retrait d’habilitation. Le dossier d’officier de police judiciaire du requérant est adressé au secrétariat de la commission avec un rapport motivé du procureur général qui a pris la décision.
