Organisations must provide the following documents in support of their grant applications:
a) Balance sheets and profit and loss accounts for the last two financial years for which the accounts have been closed, as well as a provisional budget for the year for which the grant is requested;
b) A report outlining their activity and the use of grants from local authorities and their groupings for the previous year;
c) A forecast document on the planned use of the grants requested.
These documents must be appended to the decision to award the grant.
