Article R1511-41 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The operator of the establishment produces a file in support of his application comprising:

1° The operation’s articles of association and the references of the operating licences;

2° A description of the establishment’s equipment and capacity;

3° The operating accounts for the two years preceding the application;

4° The projected operating accounts for the following two years;

5° A statement of information supplied by the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée relating to the average weekly number of admissions achieved by all the cinemas in the establishment concerned during the year preceding the grant application;

6° The cinematographic project presenting the planned actions, particularly in terms of programming aimed at specific audiences, training in cinematographic culture or prospecting for new audiences, as well as commitments in terms of pricing policy, welcoming the public or development work.

L’exploitant de l’établissement produit à l’appui de sa demande un dossier comprenant :

1° Les statuts de l’exploitation et les références des autorisations d’exercice ;

2° Une description de l’équipement et de la capacité de l’établissement ;

3° Le compte d’exploitation des deux années précédant la demande ;

4° Les comptes d’exploitation prévisionnels des deux années suivantes ;

5° Un relevé d’informations fourni par le Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée et relatif au nombre d’entrées moyen hebdomadaire réalisé par l’ensemble des salles de l’établissement concerné au cours de l’année précédant la demande de subvention ;

6° Le projet cinématographique présentant les actions prévues, notamment en matière de programmation en direction de publics déterminés, de formation à la culture cinématographique ou de prospection de nouveaux publics, ainsi que les engagements en matière de politique tarifaire, d’accueil du public ou de travaux d’aménagement.
