Article R1511-43-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

In support of the application, the company director produces a file containing:

1° The company’s articles of association;

2° A description of the establishment;

> and
3° The company’s operating accounts for the last two financial years preceding the application or, failing that, for the last financial year preceding the application;

4° The company’s provisional operating accounts for the following two years;

5° The reasons for the application, specifying any cultural projects or actions corresponding to this application.

Le dirigeant de l’entreprise produit à l’appui de sa demande un dossier comprenant :

1° Les statuts de l’entreprise ;

2° Une description de l’établissement ;

3° Les comptes d’exploitation de l’entreprise pour les deux derniers exercices précédant la demande ou, à défaut, du dernier exercice précédant la demande ;

4° Les comptes d’exploitation prévisionnels de l’entreprise des deux années suivantes ;

5° Les motifs de la demande en précisant le cas échéant les projets culturels ou actions correspondant à cette demande.
