Per year, the amount of the grant awarded, on the basis of Article L. 2251-5, by the communes and their groupings, the collectivity of Saint-Barthélemy, the collectivity of Saint-Martin and the communes of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon may not exceed 20% of the turnover of the company to which the establishment belongs.

Par année, le montant de la subvention accordée, sur le fondement de l’article L. 2251-5, par les communes et leurs groupements, la collectivité de Saint-Barthélemy, la collectivité de Saint-Martin et les communes de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon ne peut excéder 20 % du chiffre d’affaires de l’entreprise dont relève l’établissement.
