Article R1524-2 of the French Public Health Code

I.-The national health strategy, defined under the conditions set out in Articles R. 1411-1 to R. 1411-4, as amended by Decree No. 2016-1621 of 28 November 2016, applies to the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands. The public health programme referred to in Article L. 6431-4, drawn up by the Wallis and Futuna Health Agency, shall take account of the plans and programmes defined as part of the national health strategy.

When the National Health Conference is tasked with organising public debates on certain themes of the draft national health strategy, pursuant to the third paragraph of Article R. 1411-3, it shall organise one or more of these debates in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, in conjunction with the Wallis and Futuna Health Agency.

I.-La stratégie nationale de santé, définie dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 1411-1 à R. 1411-4, dans leur rédaction issue du décret n° 2016-1621 du 28 novembre 2016, s’applique au territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna. Le programme de santé publique mentionné à l’article L. 6431-4, élaboré par l’agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna, prend en compte les plans et programmes définis dans le cadre de la stratégie nationale de santé.

Lorsque la Conférence nationale de santé est chargée d’organiser des débats publics sur certains thèmes du projet de stratégie nationale de santé, en application du troisième alinéa de l’article R. 1411-3, elle organise un ou plusieurs de ces débats dans le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna, en lien avec l’agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna.
