Article R1524-3 of the French Public Health Code

Articles R. 1411-7 to R. 1411-11, as amended by Decree No. 2016-1621 of 28 November 2016, are applicable to the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, subject to the following adaptations:

1° In Article R. 1411-8, the words: “and the competent regional health agency” are replaced by the words: “and the Wallis and Futuna health agency”;

2° In Article R. 1411-11, the words: “the health and medico-social sectors” are replaced by the words: “the health system”, the words: “, the competent regional health agency and the health establishments” are replaced by the words: “and the Wallis and Futuna Health Agency” and the second, third, fourth and fifth paragraphs are replaced by a paragraph worded as follows: “Regional cooperation, as referred to in Article L. 1411-10, shall be developed in particular within the framework of agreements concluded by the Wallis and Futuna Health Agency. “

Les articles R. 1411-7 à R. 1411-11, dans leur rédaction issue du décret n° 2016-1621 du 28 novembre 2016, sont applicables au territoire des îles Wallis-et-Futuna, sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° A l’article R. 1411-8, les mots : “ et l’agence régionale de santé compétente ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ et l’agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna ” ;

2° A l’article R. 1411-11, les mots : “ des secteurs sanitaire et médico-social ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ du système de santé ”, les mots : “, l’agence régionale de santé compétente et les établissements de santé ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ et l’agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna ” et les deuxième, troisième, quatrième et cinquième alinéas sont remplacés par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : “ La coopération régionale, mentionnée à l’article L. 1411-10, est notamment développée dans le cadre de conventions conclues par l’agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna. ”
