Article R1613-12 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the amount of eligible damage is less than six million euros excluding taxes, the maximum total amount of aid provided by the solidarity grant for the equipment of local authorities and their groupings affected by climatic or geological events is equal to the product of the total amount of eligible damage by a rate set by the ministers responsible for local authorities and the budget.

Lorsque le montant des dégâts éligibles est inférieur à six millions d’euros hors taxes, le montant total maximum du concours apporté par la dotation de solidarité en faveur de l’équipement des collectivités territoriales et de leurs groupements touchés par des évènements climatiques ou géologiques est égal au produit du montant total des dégâts éligibles par un taux arrêté par les ministres chargés des collectivités territoriales et du budget.
