Article R1613-13 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The State representative establishes the total amount of subsidies likely to be granted to local authorities and groupings in the same département based on the assessment of eligible damage in light of the proposals from the missions mentioned in article R. 1613-8 and the maximum subsidy amount mentioned in article R. 1613-12.

Article R1613-13

Le représentant de l’Etat établit le montant total de subventions susceptibles d’être accordées aux collectivités territoriales et groupements d’un même département en fonction de l’évaluation des dégâts éligibles au vu des propositions des missions mentionnées à l’article R. 1613-8 et du montant maximum de subvention mentionné à l’article R. 1613-12.
