Article R1614-50 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The credits calculated pursuant to Article R. 1614-49 are delegated to the prefects after being distributed as follows:

a) 40% based on the population of each department and the Department of Mayotte;

b) 40% based on the number of dwellings shown on building permits issued during the last three years in each department and the Department of Mayotte ;

c) 20% based on the number of communes in each département and the Département of Mayotte subject to special provisions applicable to the coastline and airfield noise zones by virtue of, respectively, the coastline pursuant to Chapter I of Title II of Book I of the Town Planning Code as well as airfield noise zones pursuant to Articles L. 112-3 to L. 112-17 of the same code.

Les crédits calculés en application de l’article R. 1614-49 sont délégués aux préfets après avoir été répartis comme suit :

a) 40 % en fonction de la population de chaque département et du Département de Mayotte ;

b) 40 % en fonction du nombre de logements figurant sur les permis de construire délivrés pendant les trois dernières années dans chaque département et le Département de Mayotte ;

c) 20 % en fonction du nombre de communes de chaque département et du Département de Mayotte soumises à des dispositions particulières applicables au littoral et aux zones de bruits des aérodromes en vertu, respectivement, au littoral en application du chapitre Ier du titre II du livre Ier du code de l’urbanisme ainsi qu’aux zones de bruit des aérodromes en application des articles L. 112-3 à L. 112-17 du même code.
