Article R181 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

It is allocated to bailiffs for all summonses in criminal, correctional and police matters, for the service of appearance warrants, for all service of orders, judgments and rulings and all other acts or documents in criminal, correctional and police matters, a fixed sum of 4.50 euros for the original, copies and sending by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt provided for by articles 557 and 558 and this, in addition to the cost of postage.

Article R181

Il est alloué aux huissiers de justice pour toutes citations en matière criminelle, correctionnelle et de police, pour les significations des mandats de comparution, pour toutes significations d’ordonnances, jugements et arrêts et tous autres actes ou pièces en matière criminelle, correctionnelle et de police, une somme forfaitaire de 4,50 euros pour l’original, les copies et l’envoi par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception prévue par les articles 557 et 558 et ce, en sus du coût d’affranchissement.
