Article R211-17 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The work or document for which a cinematographic licence has been issued is represented in the form in which it was presented and viewed with a view to such issue.
The work or document for which a cinematographic licence has been issued, with the exception of trailers, cinematographic works of an advertising nature and works or documents serving a major national cause or a cause of general interest, is represented with an indication of the number of the licence.

L’œuvre ou le document pour lequel un visa d’exploitation cinématographique a été délivré est représenté dans la forme où il a été présenté et visionné en vue de cette délivrance.
L’œuvre ou le document pour lequel un visa d’exploitation cinématographique a été délivré, à l’exception des bandes-annonces, des œuvres cinématographiques à caractère publicitaire et des œuvres ou documents servant une grande cause nationale ou d’intérêt général, est représenté avec l’indication du numéro du visa.
