The members of the classification committees and the classification commission are bound by professional secrecy and may not, in any form whatsoever, report on the discussions of the classification committees and the deliberations of the commission.
They are also subject to an obligation of confidentiality with regard to all facts, information and documents of which they have knowledge in this capacity, including with regard to the works and documents themselves.
