Article R211-5 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The report of the classification committee to which the matter has been referred characterises the work or document and, in particular, indicates the sequences or images likely to give rise to particular remarks with regard to the guidelines drawn up by the classification committee and the classification measures provided for by article R. 211-12 and the warning provided by Article R. 211-13.
The report mentions the classification proposal made by each member of the committee. If no common position is reached, this is mentioned in the report.

Le rapport du comité de classification saisi caractérise l’œuvre ou le document, et, notamment, signale les séquences ou images susceptibles de donner lieu à des remarques particulières au regard des orientations dégagées par la commission de classification ainsi que des mesures de classification prévues par l’article R. 211-12 et de l’avertissement prévu par l’article R. 211-13.
Le rapport mentionne la proposition de classification faite par chaque membre du comité. Si une position commune ne s’est pas dégagée, il en est fait mention dans le rapport.
