Article R212-46 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Any modification relating to:
1° The commitments of the operator issuing the approved formula mentioned in article L. 212-28;
2° The association contracts concluded by the exhibitor issuing the approved package with the exhibitors associated with this package;
3° The list of cinemas in which the approved package is accepted;
4° The price, payment methods, duration, cancellation of the subscription and, in general, the conditions of use of the package by the spectator.

Article R212-46

Est notamment considérée comme substantielle toute modification relative :
1° Aux engagements de l’exploitant émetteur de la formule agréée mentionnés à l’article L. 212-28 ;
2° Aux contrats d’association conclus par l’exploitant émetteur de la formule agréée avec les exploitants associés à cette formule ;
3° A la liste des établissements de spectacles cinématographiques dans lesquels la formule agréée est acceptée ;
4° Au prix, aux modalités de paiement, à la durée, à la résiliation de l’abonnement et, de manière générale, aux conditions d’utilisation de la formule par le spectateur.
