Article R212-7-28 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

At their request, the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique will hear the mayor of the municipality in which the cinema is to be located, the author of the application for authorisation and the author or one of the authors of the appeal.

The commission may hear any person it deems useful to consult.

Any other person wishing to be heard by the committee may make a request. This request, made in writing and notified to the committee secretariat at least five days before the committee meeting, must include evidence of the interest of the person concerned in being heard and the reasons for the hearing.

La Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique entend, à leur requête, le maire de la commune d’implantation, l’auteur de la demande d’autorisation ainsi que l’auteur ou l’un des auteurs du recours.


La commission peut entendre toute personne qu’elle juge utile de consulter.


Toute autre personne souhaitant être entendue par la commission peut en faire la demande. Cette demande, formulée par écrit et notifiée au secrétariat de la commission au moins cinq jours avant la réunion de celle-ci, doit comporter les éléments justifiant, d’une part, de l’intérêt de la personne concernée à être entendue et, d’autre part, des motifs qui justifient son audition.
