Article R212-7 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

For projects involving the extension of a cinema, the five-year period provided for in 2° of article L. 212-7 runs from the date of registration by the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée of the first statement of receipts for the last cinema in operation.

Article R212-7

Pour les projets ayant pour objet l’extension d’un établissement de spectacles cinématographiques, le délai de cinq ans prévu au 2° de l’article L. 212-7 court à compter de la date d’enregistrement par le Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée du premier bordereau de déclaration de recettes de la dernière salle de l’établissement mise en exploitation.
