Article R212-8 of the French Sports Code

The Minister responsible for sport draws up a list of establishments under his supervision which are responsible for providing training for the diploma mentioned in article R. 212-1 when this diploma relates to the physical or sporting activities listed in article R. 212-7.

These establishments carry out the training using their own resources and those allocated to them.

However, when they are unable to provide all the training, they may enter into an agreement with a public establishment or another training body for part of the training.

Article R212-8

Le ministre chargé des sports établit la liste des établissements placés sous sa tutelle qui sont chargés d’assurer la formation au diplôme mentionné à l’article R. 212-1 lorsque ce diplôme porte sur les activités physiques ou sportives énumérées à l’article R. 212-7.

Ces établissements mettent en oeuvre la formation avec leurs moyens propres et ceux qui leur sont alloués.

Toutefois, lorsqu’ils ne sont pas en mesure d’en assurer la totalité, ils peuvent passer convention, pour une partie de cette formation, avec un établissement public ou un autre organisme de formation.
