Article R212-94-4 of the French Sports Code

In the internal market information system, the Ministry responsible for sports communicates the following information to the competent authorities of the other Member States of the European Union or parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, under the conditions provided for in Chapter III of Order No. 2016-1809 of 22 December 2016 on the recognition of professional qualifications of regulated professions:

1° Definitive or temporary restrictions or bans imposed in whole or in part, by the administrative authorities or national courts, on the practice of the profession of sports educator ;

2° The identity of sports educators found guilty, by the judicial judge, of having submitted false evidence in support of their applications for recognition of professional qualifications.

Dans le système d’information du marché intérieur, le ministère chargé des sports communique aux autorités compétentes des autres Etats membres de l’Union européenne ou parties à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, dans les conditions prévues au chapitre III de l’ordonnance n° 2016-1809 du 22 décembre 2016 relative à la reconnaissance des qualifications professionnelles des professions réglementées, les informations suivantes :


1° Les restrictions ou interdictions définitives ou temporaires apportées en totalité ou en partie, par les autorités administratives ou les juridictions nationales, à l’exercice de la profession d’éducateur sportif ;


2° L’identité des éducateurs sportifs reconnus coupables, par le juge judiciaire, d’avoir présenté de fausses preuves à l’appui de leurs demandes de reconnaissance de qualifications professionnelles.
