Article R2131-29 of the French Public Health Code

To obtain authorisation to carry out the activity mentioned in 1° of article R. 2131-22-2, establishments must be authorised, in application of article L. 2142-1 and under the conditions set out in articles R. 2142-1 et seq, to carry out in vitro fertilisation with micro-manipulation.

To obtain the authorisations corresponding to the activities mentioned in 2° and 3° of article R. 2131-22-2, the establishments must be authorised in application of article L. 2131-1 to carry out the analyses provided for in 1° and 2° of article R. 2131-1.

Pour obtenir l’autorisation d’exercer l’activité mentionnée au 1° de l’article R. 2131-22-2, les établissements doivent être autorisés, en application de l’article L. 2142-1 et dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2142-1 et suivants, à pratiquer la fécondation in vitro avec micro-manipulation.

Pour obtenir les autorisations correspondantes aux activités mentionnées au 2° et 3° de l’article R. 2131-22-2, les établissements doivent être autorisés en application de l’article L. 2131-1 à pratiquer les analyses prévues aux 1° et 2° de l’article R. 2131-1.
