The Board of Directors deliberates under the conditions laid down in article R. 2135-15, in particular with a view to:
1° Adopting the internal regulations of the joint management association or any subsequent amendments thereto;
2° Appointing the chairman and vice-chairman of the association in application of articles R. 2135-12 and R. 2135-13 ;
3° Adopting its annual operating budget and approving its annual financial account;
4° Allocating the appropriations of the joint fund each year in accordance with the provisions of this section;
5° Adopting each year the report on the use by the fund of its appropriations referred to in the final paragraph of article L. 2135-16 ;
6° Defining the list of documents to be provided by the organisations benefiting from the Fund’s appropriations to justify the commitment of their expenditure;
7° Implementing, where applicable, the mechanism defined in articles R. 2135-23 to R. 2135-25 ;
8° Deciding on the draft agreements entered into by the joint association for the application of the provisions of article L. 2135-10;
9° Setting the terms and conditions for carrying over appropriations not committed during a financial year to the following financial year, under the conditions set out in article R. 2135-26.
The Board of Directors may delegate its powers in respect of administrative acts other than those mentioned in 1° to 9° of this article, under the conditions defined by the Articles of Association of the association.
