Article R2135-19 of the French Labour Code

For the application of the provisions of the third paragraph of II of Article L. 2135-15, the Government Commissioner shall refer the matter to the Chairman of the Association, by any means that confers a certain date on the referral, within seven days from the date of receipt of the deliberation or decision taken by another internal body or authority. It shall inform the members of the Board of Directors.

Within seven days from the date of receipt of the referral, the Chairman of the Association shall send a written reply, stating the reasons, by any means that will ensure that the referral has a definite date.

Article R2135-19

Pour l’application des dispositions du troisième alinéa du II de l’article L. 2135-15, le commissaire du Gouvernement saisit le président de l’association, par tout moyen propre à conférer date certaine à cette saisine, dans un délai de sept jours à compter de la date de réception de la délibération ou de la décision prise par une autre instance ou autorité interne. Il en informe les membres du conseil d’administration.

Dans un délai de sept jours à compter de la date de réception de cette saisine, le président de l’association transmet par tout moyen propre à conférer date certaine à cette transmission une réponse motivée par écrit.
