For the application of the provisions of the fourth paragraph of II of Article L. 2135-15, the Government Commissioner has a period of twenty-one days from the date of receipt of the deliberation of the Board of Directors or the decision taken by another internal body or authority, which is transmitted to him by any means capable of conferring a date of certainty on its receipt, in which to object.
The implementation of the transmission procedure provided for in the first paragraph has the effect of suspending the execution of the deliberation or decision concerned, until the expiry of the twenty-one day period defined in the previous paragraph, or until the date, if earlier, on which the Government Commissioner makes it known that he does not intend to exercise his right to object.
If the Government Commissioner exercises his right to object within the period referred to in the first paragraph, the deliberation or decision that is the subject of the objection may not be implemented.
