Notwithstanding articles R. 214-207 to R. 214-214, the provisions of this paragraph shall apply to the company mutual funds mentioned in I of article L. 214-165-1.
Articles R. 214-32-9 to D. 214-33 apply to these funds. Article D. 214-32-31 does not apply to them.
