Article R214-214-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Articles L. 214-24-34, L. 214-24-41, L. 214-24-55, R. 214-32-33, R. 214-32-35 and R. 214-32-40 as well as the provisions of this paragraph are applicable to each of the sub-funds of the fonds communs de placement d’entreprise.

These funds and their sub-funds may invest in shares or units of UCITS or AIFs covered by paragraphs 1, 2 and 6 of sub-section 2, sub-paragraph 1 of paragraph 1 or paragraph 2 of sub-section 3 of this section, without the limits or restrictions laid down in articles R. 214-32-29 and R. 214-32-34 being applicable to them.

Les articles L. 214-24-34, L. 214-24-41, L. 214-24-55, R. 214-32-33, R. 214-32-35 et R. 214-32-40 ainsi que les dispositions du présent paragraphe sont applicables à chacun des compartiments que comportent les fonds communs de placement d’entreprise.

Ces fonds et leurs compartiments peuvent investir en actions ou parts d’OPCVM ou de FIA relevant des paragraphes 1,2 et 6 de la sous-section 2, du sous-paragraphe 1 du paragraphe 1 ou du paragraphe 2 de la sous-section 3 de la présente section, sans que les limites ou restrictions prévues aux articles R. 214-32-29 et R. 214-32-34 ne leur soient applicables.
