Article R2142-9 of the French Public procurement code

For framework agreements, the ceiling mentioned in article R. 2142-7 is calculated on the basis of the maximum total value of the subsequent contracts or purchase orders which could be performed concurrently by the same holder or, if this amount cannot be estimated, on the basis of the total estimated value of the contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement or purchase orders likely to be awarded to the same holder during the period of validity of the framework agreement.

Pour les accords-cadres, le plafond mentionné à l’article R. 2142-7 est calculé sur la base du montant total maximal des marchés subséquents ou des bons de commande dont l’exécution par un même titulaire pourrait être effectuée concomitamment ou, si ce montant ne peut être estimé, sur la base de la valeur totale estimée des marchés passés sur le fondement de l’accord-cadre ou des bons de commande susceptibles d’être attribués à un même titulaire pendant la durée de validité de l’accord-cadre.
