I.-Persons born of medically assisted procreation with a third-party donor shall receive, when their application is submitted, the information provided for in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, as well as information on the limitations of their rights provided for in III.
Pursuant to Article 14(5)(b) and (c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the information requirement does not apply to recipients of medically assisted procreation with a third-party donor and third-party donors. The Commission shall make the information mentioned in Article 14 of the aforementioned Regulation available on its website and shall provide individual information to third-party donors who have contacted it or whom it has contacted pursuant to Article R. 2143-7.
II – Persons whose data is processed may exercise their right of access to data concerning them, to the exclusion of any personal data relating to another natural person, and their right of rectification, provided for respectively in Articles 15 and 16 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, by contacting the Secretary General of the Commission.
III – Pursuant to Article 23(1)(e) and (i) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the right to erasure of data, the right to restriction and the right to object, provided for respectively in Articles 17, 18 and 21 of the same Regulation, do not apply to this processing.
