Article R2145-2 of the French Labour Code

For the application of article L. 2145-3, appropriations are included in the Finance Act under the heading of employment and labour.
Appropriations intended to contribute to the operation of internal university institutes are also included in the budget for research and higher education.

Article R2145-2

Pour l’application de l’article L. 2145-3, des crédits sont inscrits dans le cadre de la loi de finances au titre de la mission portant sur l’emploi et le travail.
Des crédits destinés à contribuer au fonctionnement des instituts internes aux universités sont également inscrits au titre de la mission portant sur la recherche et l’enseignement supérieur.
