The population figure to be referred to for the application of the provisions of this code relating to the operation of the municipal council and the provisions of articles L. 2121-2, L. 2121-22, L. 2122-7-1, L. 2122-7-2, L. 2122-9 and L. 2122-10 of this code is that of the authenticated municipal population taken into account at the time of the last full renewal of the municipal council.
Le chiffre de population auquel il convient de se référer pour l’application des dispositions du présent code relatives au fonctionnement du conseil municipal ainsi que des dispositions des articles L. 2121-2, L. 2121-22, L. 2122-7-1, L. 2122-7-2, L. 2122-9 et L. 2122-10 du présent code est celui de la population municipale authentifiée pris en compte lors du dernier renouvellement intégral du conseil municipal.
