In all procedures, the purchaser may authorise all tenderers concerned to regularise irregular tenders within an appropriate period, provided that they are not abnormally low.
The regularisation of irregular tenders may not have the effect of altering their substantial characteristics.

Dans toutes les procédures, l’acheteur peut autoriser tous les soumissionnaires concernés à régulariser les offres irrégulières dans un délai approprié, à condition qu’elles ne soient pas anormalement basses.
La régularisation des offres irrégulières ne peut avoir pour effet d’en modifier des caractéristiques substantielles.
