Article R2162-26 of the French Public procurement code

For the consortia mentioned in I of article L. 1414-3 of the General Local Authorities Code, the members of the consortium’s tendering committee form part of the jury. For other consortia, the composition of the jury is determined by the consortium agreement.

Pour les groupements de commande mentionnés au I de l’article L. 1414-3 du code général des collectivités territoriales, les membres de la commission d’appel d’offres du groupement font partie du jury. Pour les autres groupements de commande, la composition du jury est fixée par la convention de groupement.
