Compliance with the time limit referred to in Article R. 2182-1 is not required:
1° Where the contract is awarded solely to the operator who took part in the consultation;
2° For the award of subsequent contracts based on a framework agreement or specific contracts based on a dynamic purchasing system.

Le respect du délai mentionné à l’article R. 2182-1 n’est pas exigé :
1° Lorsque le marché est attribué au seul opérateur ayant participé à la consultation ;
2° Pour l’attribution des marchés subséquents, fondés sur un accord-cadre, ou des marchés spécifiques fondés sur un système d’acquisition dynamique.
