Where the contract holder is a joint and several grouping, the substitution guarantee is provided by the authorised representative for the total amount of the contract.
Where the contract holder is a joint and several grouping, each member of the grouping provides a substitution guarantee corresponding to the services entrusted to it. If the leader of the joint grouping is jointly and severally liable with each of the members of the grouping, the substitution guarantee may be provided by the leader for the total amount of the contract.

Lorsque le titulaire du marché est un groupement solidaire, la garantie de substitution est fournie par le mandataire pour le montant total du marché.
Lorsque le titulaire du marché est un groupement conjoint, chaque membre du groupement fournit une garantie de substitution correspondant aux prestations qui lui sont confiées. Si le mandataire du groupement conjoint est solidaire de chacun des membres du groupement, la garantie de substitution peut être fournie par le mandataire pour le montant total du marché.
