In the event of a dispute concerning the performance of contracts, purchasers and holders may have recourse to the Company Mediator.
The Company Mediator acts as a third party, without decision-making powers, in order to help the parties, who have expressed a wish to do so, to find a mutually acceptable solution to their dispute.

En cas de différend concernant l’exécution des marchés, les acheteurs et les titulaires peuvent recourir au médiateur des entreprises.
Le médiateur des entreprises agit comme tierce partie, sans pouvoir décisionnel, afin d’aider les parties, qui en ont exprimé la volonté, à trouver une solution mutuellement acceptable à leur différend.
