Article R221-1 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The declaration of persons whose activity is the publication of videograms intended for private use by the public is sent to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée within three months of registration in the Trade and Companies Register or the issue of the receipt for the declaration of association.

The declaration is sent to the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée at the start of the activity when this is subsequent to the registration or declaration.

Article R221-1

La déclaration des personnes dont l’activité a pour objet l’édition de vidéogrammes destinés à l’usage privé du public est adressée au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée dans le délai de trois mois à compter de l’immatriculation au registre du commerce et des sociétés ou de la délivrance du récépissé de déclaration d’association.

La déclaration est adressée au Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée au début de l’activité lorsque celui-ci est postérieur à l’immatriculation ou à la déclaration.
