Article R2212-6 of the French Public Health Code

Public or private establishments that carry out voluntary terminations of pregnancy have the capacity to deal with any complications, even delayed ones, arising in women who have had a voluntary termination of pregnancy, without delay, in their medical, gynaecology-obstetrics or surgical facilities.

Les établissements publics ou privés qui pratiquent les interruptions volontaires de grossesse disposent de capacités leur permettant de prendre en charge, sans délai, au sein de leurs installations de médecine, de gynécologie-obstétrique ou de chirurgie, toute complication, même différée, survenant aux femmes ayant eu recours à une interruption volontaire de grossesse.
