Article R222-14 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

In the event of opposition, it is the responsibility of the person requesting the surrender of the property to bring an action before the court having jurisdiction to rule on the delivery or restitution of the property.
The application and the injunction, as well as any precautionary measures that may have been taken, lapse if the matter is not referred to the court having jurisdiction within two months of service of the order.

En cas d’opposition, il appartient à celui qui demande la remise du bien de saisir la juridiction compétente pour statuer sur la délivrance ou la restitution du bien.
La requête et l’ordonnance d’injonction ainsi que les mesures conservatoires qui auraient été prises deviennent caduques si le juge du fond n’est pas saisi dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la signification de l’ordonnance.
