Article R2261-1 of the French Labour Code

For the application of 4°, 9° and 10° of article L. 2261-22, the agreement includes in particular clauses relating to the application of the principle of “equal pay for equal work” and the procedures for settling any difficulties that may arise in this respect.

Pour l’application des 4°,9° et 10° de l’article L. 2261-22, la convention comprend notamment des clauses relatives aux modalités d’application du principe « à travail égal, salaire égal » et les procédures de règlement des difficultés pouvant naître à ce sujet.
