The tasks assigned to the National Commission may be carried out by six sub-commissions:
1° The sub-committee on conventions and agreements, with regard to 2° to 4° of article L. 2271-1, and subject to the powers exercised by the sub-committees mentioned in 4° to 6° of this article. When the issues dealt with concern only the agricultural professions, the sub-committee meets in a specific formation;
2° The Salaries Sub-Committee with regard to, on the one hand, 6° and 8° of Article L. 2271-1 for the salary part and, on the other hand, the opinion provided for in Article R. * 3231-1.
3° The sub-committee for the restructuring of professional branches with regard to 1° of article L. 2271-1.
The sub-committee for the restructuring of professional branches analyses the situation of the branches with a view to bringing about a reduction in the number of branches by agreement and, where necessary, on the basis of the provisions of article L. 2261-32.
On behalf of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining, Employment and Vocational Training, it may issue the opinions provided for in I, II and IV of article L. 2261-32.
4° The sub-committee on employment, vocational guidance and training, with regard to 2° of article L. 2271-1 in the field of employment policy, initial and continuing vocational guidance and training, and 10° of the same article.
5° The sub-committee on supplementary social protection, with regard to 3° and 4° of article L. 2271-1, with regard to the conventions and agreements mentioned inarticle L. 911-1 of the social security code, with the exception of those applicable to agricultural employees only;
6° The sub-committee on profit-sharing, incentive schemes and employee savings schemes, with regard to 2° of Article L. 2271-1, for draft texts relating to these areas.
