Article R228-63 of the French Commercial code

Where it has not been determined either by the contract of issue or by the general meeting of bondholders, the remuneration of the representatives of the masse is set by the president of the judicial court, ruling on a petition, at the request of the company or the interested representative of the masse.

The amount of the remuneration allocated by the general meeting of bondholders may be reduced, at the company’s request, by the president of the judicial court ruling in summary proceedings.

Lorsqu’elle n’a été déterminée ni par le contrat d’émission ni par l’assemblée générale des obligataires, la rémunération des représentants de la masse est fixée par le président du tribunal judiciaire, statuant sur requête, à la demande de la société ou du représentant de la masse intéressé.

Le montant de la rémunération allouée par l’assemblée générale des obligataires peut être réduit, à la demande de la société, par le président du tribunal judiciaire statuant en référé.
