Section 5: Obligations.

In the cases provided for by Article L. 228-50 and by Article L. 228-51, the representatives of the estate are appointed by the president of the judicial court ruling in summary proceedings. The duties of the representatives of the group appointed pursuant to the previous paragraph shall end at the first meeting of the ordinary general meeting of bondholders.
