Article R228-66 of the French Commercial code

In addition to the information provided for in article R. 225-66, the notice convening the general meeting of bondholders shall contain the following information:

1° An indication of the loan subscribed by the bondholders whose general meeting is being convened;

2° The name and domicile of the person who took the initiative to convene the meeting and the capacity in which that person is acting;

3° Where applicable, the date of the court decision appointing the agent responsible for convening the meeting.

Outre les mentions prévues à l’article R. 225-66, l’avis de convocation de l’assemblée générale des obligataires contient les indications suivantes :

1° L’indication de l’emprunt souscrit par les obligataires dont la masse est convoquée en assemblée ;

2° Le nom et le domicile de la personne qui a pris l’initiative de la convocation et la qualité en laquelle elle agit ;

3° Le cas échéant, la date de la décision de justice désignant le mandataire chargé de convoquer l’assemblée.
