Article R23-112-6 of the French Labour Code

The determination of the seats of each regional cross-industry joint committee provided for in 2° of article L. 23-112-1 takes into account, for the assessment of the employers’ audience, the number of member companies located in the region employing a total of less than eleven employees and belonging to the branches covered by the committee, as it results from the calculation of the results presented to the High Council for Social Dialogue in application of article R. 2152-18.

La détermination des sièges de chaque commission paritaire régionale interprofessionnelle prévue au 2° de l’article L. 23-112-1 prend en compte, au titre de l’appréciation de l’audience patronale, le nombre d’entreprises adhérentes implantées dans la région employant au total moins de onze salariés et appartenant aux branches couvertes par la commission, tel qu’il résulte du calcul des résultats présentés en Haut Conseil du dialogue social en application de l’article R. 2152-18.
