When the number of member undertakings retained in the professional and territorial area of competence of a commission is less than twice the number of seats to be filled for this commission, the member undertakings retained at national level in this professional area of competence are taken into account for the allocation of seats.

Lorsque le nombre d’entreprises adhérentes retenu dans le champ de compétence professionnel et territorial d’une commission est inférieur au double du nombre de sièges à pourvoir pour cette commission, sont prises en compte pour l’attribution des sièges les entreprises adhérentes retenues au niveau national dans ce champ de compétence professionnel.
