Article R23-113-4 of the French Labour Code

The employer representative’s request for compensation is sent within three months to the professional organisation that appointed him/her. This request, which must be accompanied by proof of attendance, must specify the identity of the employer representative and the number of hours for which compensation is requested.

The amount of the compensation is calculated on the basis of the hourly rate of the allowance received by the employer employee representative.

The professional organisation pays the employer the amount due within three months of receipt of the complete application by the organisation.

La demande d’indemnisation du représentant employeur est transmise dans les trois mois à l’organisation professionnelle qui l’a désigné. Cette demande, à laquelle est joint un justificatif de présence, précise l’identité du représentant employeur et le nombre d’heures pour lesquelles il demande l’indemnisation.

Le montant de l’indemnisation est calculé sur la base du taux horaire de l’allocation perçue par le conseiller prud’homme employeur.

L’organisation professionnelle acquitte à l’employeur le montant dû dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la réception de la demande complète par cette organisation.
