Article R2311-11 of the French Public Health Code

Centres must inform the President of the Departmental Council immediately of any changes to their staff, activities or facilities.

They must provide the President of the Departmental Council with an annual report on their technical, administrative and financial operations.

The centres must send the doctor in charge of the departmental maternal and child protection service the statistical documents needed, in particular, to draw up the statements defined by article R. 1423-11.

Les centres doivent porter sans délai à la connaissance du président du conseil départemental les modifications intervenues en ce qui concerne leurs personnels, leurs activités et leurs installations.

Ils doivent fournir au président du conseil départemental un rapport annuel sur leur fonctionnement technique, administratif et financier.

Les centres doivent adresser au médecin responsable du service départemental de la protection maternelle et infantile les documents statistiques nécessaires notamment à l’établissement des états définis par l’article R. 1423-11.
