In the absence of an agreement as provided for in article L. 2312-19, in undertakings with at least three hundred employees, the employer provides the Social and Economic Committee with the information provided for under headings 1° B, 1° C, 7° A, 7° F, 8°, 9° and 10° of the table in article R. 2312-9, with a view to consultation on the economic and financial situation of the undertaking.
En l’absence d’accord prévu à l’article L. 2312-19, dans les entreprises d’au moins trois cents salariés, l’employeur met à la disposition du comité social et économique en vue de la consultation sur la situation économique et financière de l’entreprise les informations prévues aux rubriques 1° B, 1° C, 7° A, 7° F, 8°, 9° et 10° du tableau de l’article R. 2312-9.
