Article R2312-19 of the French Labour Code

In the absence of an agreement as provided for in article L. 2312-19, in undertakings with less than three hundred employees, the employer makes available to the Social and Economic Committee, with a view to consultation on social policy, working conditions and employment, the information provided for under headings 1° A, 2°, 4° and 10° of the table in article R. 2312-8.

En l’absence d’accord prévu à l’article L. 2312-19, dans les entreprises de moins de trois cents salariés, l’employeur met à la disposition du comité social et économique en vue de la consultation sur la politique sociale, les conditions de travail et l’emploi les informations prévues aux rubriques 1° A, 2°, 4° et 10° du tableau de l’article R. 2312-8.
