In companies with at least three hundred employees, the quarterly information for the Social and Economic Committee provided for in 3° of Article L. 2312-69 sets out, month by month, the changes in the workforce and in the qualifications of employees by gender, showing:
1° The number of employees holding open-ended employment contracts;
2° The number of employees holding fixed-term employment contracts;
3° The number of part-time employees;
4° The number of temporary employees;
5° The number of employees belonging to an external company;
6° The number of professionalisation contracts.
The employer shall present to the Committee the reasons for having recourse to the categories of employees mentioned in 2° to 5°.
It shall inform the Committee of the number of days worked over each of the last three months by employees with fixed-term employment contracts and temporary employees.
